Role Overview

Minfy Technologies is looking to onboard Management Trainees as part of its early-career talent program. This role is designed for MBA/PGDM graduates who are keen to build a strong foundation in business operations, alliances, go-to-market support, and practice enablement within a fast-growing cloud services organization.

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured exposure across multiple functions and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Based on performance, aptitude, and organizational requirements, you will be placed into a specific stream or department at the end of the training period.

This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn how business strategy translates into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure by working closely with teams such as Alliances, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, Practices, and Business Operations to understand their goals, workflows, and KPIs
• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Assist in tracking and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics for assigned business units or programs
• Participate in weekly and monthly business review discussions, including funnel reviews with internal sales teams and partner organizations
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review, helping convert data into actionable insights
• Gradually build commercial and technical understanding of Minfy’s service offerings, cloud solutions, and programs
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Strong academic background with exposure to analytics, finance, operations, or strategy-related coursework
• Ability to work with ambiguous or unstructured problem statements and break them down logically
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude with high attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
• High levels of ownership, adaptability, and learning agility
• Emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional curiosity

Program Outcome

Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee program, candidates will be absorbed into a full-time role within a relevant function based on individual performance and strengths, business requirements, team availability, and overall role fit.
