Your Role

Analyze, design, develop, and support Mainframe applications using Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Enterprise Developer.
Perform migration, modernization, and re-hosting of legacy Mainframe applications to distributed platforms.
Develop and maintain programs using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and Micro Focus technologies.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application stability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Profile

6+ years of experience in Mainframe development and support with strong exposure to Micro Focus Enterprise Suite.
Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Developer.
Experience in Mainframe modernization, migration, and application re-hosting projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a global team environment.
