Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires a focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses, ensuring that the outputs are aligned with the intended use cases. The workday includes analyzing model behavior, experimenting with fine-tuning techniques, and collaborating with team members to continuously improve the model's performance and applicability across various scenarios.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
• Document model development processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
• Experience in designing and implementing instruction fine-tuning techniques to improve model adaptability.
• Strong understanding of domain adaptation strategies to tailor models for specific applications.
• Ability to analyze model outputs critically and identify areas for enhancement.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance optimization methods.
