Leadership Development Principal

We’re looking for a collaborative and adaptable Leadership Development Principal who excels in facilitation and instructional design to elevate learning across a global organization. In this role, you will create meaningful, high-impact learning experiences that empower leaders and drive learning agility at scale. By partnering with leaders and teams worldwide, you will help expand what’s possible for purpose-driven people and organizations, building capabilities that support both individual growth and collective impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging facilitation sessions where open ended questions are used to gain insight and complex topics are translated into practical, actionable insights
• Can demonstrate leading successful executive offsites with Sr. Executives.
• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen skills and capabilities across multiple global audiences
• Develop scalable training programs using AI as a development partner and that are grounded in adult learning theory to improve knowledge retention and application
• Evaluate program effectiveness using both traditional methods and AI-driven insights, iterating rapidly to improve learning outcomes, scalability, and organizational impact.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs and align solutions with business priorities
• Create a safe, inclusive, high trust environment and navigate conflict constructively and productively.
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and refine content to drive learning agility and organizational impact
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or internal training roles
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory, with the ability to apply both in real-world training programs
• Understanding of how to engage diverse, global audiences and adapt learning strategies across cultures and experience levels
• Can Demonstrate leading successful executive offsites with Sr. Executives.
• Experience designing and facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions using modern tools and platforms, including AI-enabled facilitation, content generation, and learner engagement technologies.
• Experience designing eLearning modules using modern learning tools and platforms
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into effective learning solutions
