Job Summary

Role Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) GenAI / Full Stack

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy GenAIpowered solutions using Devin Claude Code and Cursor

Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD internal platforms)

Partner closely with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve the endtoend product lifecycle using GenAI capabilities

Lead tool onboarding training and enablement driving adoption and best practices across teams

Monitor and optimize tool usage efficiency and performance outcomes

Establish and drive best practices for GenAI usage including prompt engineering and workflow integration

Provide handson troubleshooting performance tuning and scaling support

Required Technical Skills

Strong fullstack engineering experience (Java React/Angular/TypeScript Python)

Experience with distributed systems APIs Event Driven and microservices architecture

Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP GCP)

GenAI / LLM Expertise (MustHave)

Handson experience with

Devin

Claude / Anthropic models

Developer tools like Cursor / Copilotequivalent tools

Strong understanding of

Prompt engineering

RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

Agentbased workflows / tool usage

Multiagent architectures

MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations

Agentic services and autonomous AI workflows including orchestration tool chaining and decisiondriven execution across systems

Soft Skills & Expectations

Ability to operate in fastpaced evolving environments with high adoption demands

Strong collaboration with crossfunctional and LOB teams

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements
