In this role, you will work at the intersection of ERP systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML technologies, owning critical integrations that power large-scale financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and deployment of core product components, including cloud-native ERP connectors
• Build integrations for enterprise ERP systems such as:
• Oracle Fusion (Finance Cloud)
• Workday Finance
• SAP (S/4HANA, ECC)
• Implement bi-directional data integrations using platform-specific technologies:
• Oracle: REST, SOAP, FBDI, ADF
• Workday: REST/SOAP APIs, WQL, EIB, Workday Prism
• SAP: OData, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, SAP CPI
• Develop scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines for high-volume transactional systems
• Build configurable schema mapping and data transformation layers for dynamic ERP integrations
• Implement secure authentication & authorization mechanisms:
• OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, platform-specific identity services
• Design and support multi-tenant SaaS architecture for scalable customer deployments
• Ensure observability and reliability through:
• Logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, QA, and Operations teams across geographies
• Stay updated with ERP platform changes, API updates, and integration best practices
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, including:
• 5+ years building cloud or SaaS integrations
• Strong programming experience in:
• Node.js
• Hands-on experience integrating with at least one ERP platform:
• Oracle Fusion / Workday / SAP
• Strong understanding of:
• API design and integration patterns
• Data synchronization and error handling at scale
• Experience with:
• Authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT)
• System observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana
  

• Domain experience in:
• Workday Financials / Oracle Finance / SAP FI/CO
• ERP certifications such as:
• Oracle Integration / Workday Integrations / SAP Integration Developer
• Experience with:
• CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, Istio
• System design and data modeling (RDBMS, NoSQL, Neo4j, Big Data)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services:
• Step Functions, RDS, Kinesis, ELK stack
• Familiarity with:
• GenAI tools and AI-assisted development workflows
