Lead Net Developer- Azure

As a Technical Lead, you will lead the development of modern cloud-based applications, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership. Working within a global Agile team, you will drive frontend excellence using React and TypeScript, contribute to cloud-native architecture on Azure, mentor developers, and help deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that support hearing care professionals worldwide.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable cloud-based web applications.
• Drive frontend development using React and TypeScript while contributing to backend and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

What you bring

Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core.
• Experience building cloud-native applications using Azure, microservices, serverless technologies, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, domain-driven design, clean code, TDD, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and make sound architectural decisions.
