Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack applications across web, API, cloud, and data platforms
Build secure, reliable, and reusable software components that deliver business value and superior user experiences
Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technology solutions
Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation while promoting engineering best practices
Drive application performance, scalability, security, observability, and operational excellence
Mentor engineers, contribute to technical roadmaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and execution
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with modern web and cloud technologies
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React
Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and cloud-native application development
Solid proficiency in Go, Python
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, solve complex technical problems, and influence technical decisions
Preferred Qualification
Experience in healthcare technology, AI/ML solutions, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
