Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with Python expertise to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure management, and Python scripting to streamline application deployment and operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps solutions, automating infrastructure and deployment processes, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of applications. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, cloud, and operations teams to build efficient, automated, and resilient software delivery pipelines in an Agile environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
• Ensure application security by implementing DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Optimize system availability, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and automation scripts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Primary Skills: DevOps, CICD, Python and Openshift

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Hyderabad Only

NP: Immediate preferred

Work model: Initial 8 weeks WFO and continued with 3 days Hybrid
