Role Overview

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will own solution delivery end‑to‑end, guide teams, and translate business use cases into scalable GenAI products. This role blends hands‑on development + technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI/GenAI applications
• Own architecture and performance of GenAI systems
• Design advanced agentic workflows, tool orchestration, and RAG systems
• Review GenAI application architecture, prompts, and code
• Mentor AI engineers and conduct technical reviews
• Work with stakeholders to convert ideas into scalable AI solutions
• Drive best practices for LLMOps, observability, reliability
  
  

• 7+ years experience in application engineering / AI engineering
• Strong hands-on experience building production GenAI systems
• Deep knowledge of:
• LLM system design
• Prompt engineering & evaluation
• RAG at scale
• Strong Python + backend engineering skills
• Cloud-native design experience
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  

• Experience leading client-facing AI programs
• Exposure to multi-tenant or enterprise AI platforms
• Data engineering fundamentals
