Position Overview

We are hiring a Junior Level Sales Representative for our Infrastructure Projects Division. The selected candidate will be part of our dedicated in-house sales team, supporting sales and business development activities for bridge bearings, expansion joints, and skirt rubber used in major infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in B2B and project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities for Elastomeric Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints.
• Assist in identifying and tracking infrastructure and EPC projects (bridges, highways, metros, flyovers).
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and project engineers for product enquiries and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, technical datasheets, and basic commercial offers with guidance from senior team members.
• Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and purchase orders related to infrastructure projects.
• Maintain customer records, enquiry logs, and sales reports.
• Coordinate internally with technical, production, QA, and dispatch teams for order execution.
• Visit project sites and client offices along with senior sales managers when required.
• Learn product specifications, drawings, and approval processes related to infrastructure products.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or project coordination may apply.
• Interest in infrastructure, construction, or engineering products is essential.
  
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of construction and infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and specifications (training will be provided).
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email).
