Position: Junior Implementation / Junior Bioprocess Assistant

Location: Devarayamjal, Hyderabad, India

Reporting To: Senior Project Manager / Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Implementation / Junior Bioprocess Assistant to support our growing biotech operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related field, who has some experience in fermentation or industrial microbiology with data management and IT skills. The associate will assist in large scale microbial fermentation and downstream processing. Other duties include but not limited to managing project workflows, ensuring smooth communication across the company, and handling administrative tasks related to scientific operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the communication bridge between R&D, regulatory, and senior management teams.
• Ensure transparent and timely communication across teams.
• Track project updates and follow up on action points to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist on large scale fermentations and daily laboratory operations
  
  

• BSc or equivalent in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English
• Competent in Hindi or other languages is a plus
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and flexibility.
