Job Description – Junior Barista & Steward

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Positions & Salary:

• Junior Barista (2 Positions): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Steward (Service Staff): ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month
  
  

• Minimum 6 months experience preferred (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
  
  

• Prepare and serve beverages (for Barista role)
• Take customer orders and serve food & drinks
• Operate coffee machines and service equipment as required
• Maintain cleanliness of café, counter, and dining area
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed
• Provide a friendly and pleasant customer experience
• Assist with daily opening/closing duties and basic stock handling
  
  

• Basic knowledge of café or restaurant operations
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to maintain hygiene and grooming standards
