As a Java Microservices+EJB+Banking/Insurance - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java, Microservices, and EJB to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications and improve business processes
- Utilizing API Management and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Applying analytical thinking and business requirements analysis to inform software design and development
- Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver tailored software solutions
- Leveraging knowledge in software development methodologies to guide project planning and execution
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and functionality
- Navigating complex technical challenges and providing solutions to enhance system integration and architecture

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
