Java Fullsatck Engineer With Python

Key Requirements

· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Java Full stack role

· Strong Experience in React for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces

· Experience in Java Spring Boot, able to develop scalable API’s and services

· Minimum 2 years experience in Python and data processing tasks

· Experience In Azure Functions

· Proficient in MSSQL, PostgreSQL

· Experience with Azure Functions & AWS Serverless for serverless architecture

· Proficient in working with data science models and in optimizing them

· Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration

· Strong knowledge of data pipelines and ETL process

· Quickly grasp the environments architecture/layout to promote quick issue identification and troubleshooting

· Data focused in the sense of being able to understand data models, service level dependencies, and data flows between services

· Experience of ORM tools like Hibernate etc.

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.

· Good understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelines and tool chain (ADO, Jenkins , etc.)

· An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment using ADO, JIRA, etc.

· Hands on Monitoring tools(Datadog).

· Exposure / Ability to collaborate with Multiple Tech and Functional teams spread across Globe.

· ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem Mgmt)

· Lead Technical Collaborations, Problem Solving & RCA

· Hands-on Exposure with Release / Change /Deployment implementations on Cloud

· Good Mentoring Skills, Technical Documentation, Knowledgebase Creation & Maintenance



Good To Have

· Basic understanding on network/firewall (usage of WAF or any other security tools)

· Orchestration, Automation and Configuration Management using Chef/Ansible/ Puppet

· Message queueing (consumer / producer)

· How Apps Depend/share Data Between Each Other

· Experience on NodeJS or React JS.

· Experience in Cloud Monitoring and Instrumentation

· Experience in Monitoring Tools (Datadog / App Dynamics / Dynatrace)

Must Have Skills

· Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and architecture design. Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide the team on best practices.

· Leading code reviews, ensuring maintainable and scalable code, and enforcing standards.

· Capability to design robust, scalable systems and align technical decisions with business goals

· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Ability to allocate tasks, manage resources, and maintain a healthy team environment

· Guiding junior developers, fostering growth, and promoting knowledge sharing
