About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in core Java and enterprise application development, along with practical exposure to AI/ML integration, such as working with LLM-based APIs, AI-assisted coding tools, or embedding intelligent features into applications. This is a great opportunity to grow technical depth while working on modern, scalable systems that blend traditional backend engineering with emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using monolithic and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and design patterns
• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing or new applications (e.g., LLM APIs, recommendation engines, intelligent automation, chatbots, or AI-assisted features)
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Stay current with emerging Java frameworks and AI tooling relevant to enterprise development
  
  

• 4–6 years of professional experience in Java full stack development
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+ (Streams, Lambdas), and object-oriented design principles
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot framework
• Experience with RESTful API design/development; exposure to microservices architecture is a plus
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Working knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, exposure to Kubernetes is a plus
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Practical exposure to AI/ML technologies such as:
• Integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
• Building or integrating AI-powered features (chatbots, recommendation systems, intelligent search, document processing)
• Basic understanding of ML concepts or prompt engineering is a plus
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Working knowledge of at least one frontend framework — React or Angular — for building or integrating with UI layers

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
