Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java programming.
  • Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL).
  • At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in BAU support, including incident management and process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Regulatory and Risk and Law technology environments.
  • Familiarity with HR or regulatory application stacks.
  • Exposure automation and process improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in a global, collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle service requests and incidents from multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of BAU activities.
  • Manage and resolve incidents within the HR and Regulatory application stack.
  • Streamline and optimize manual processes for greater efficiency.
  • Work closely with database systems (such as SQL) to support application development and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
