About The Role

At Reckitt, the IT&D Senior Business Analyst – Travel and Expense will play a critical role in influencing the Travel and Expense landscape by driving the delivery, enhancement, and support of global Travel & Expense (T&E) and Corporate Card solutions.

The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, finance teams, banking partners, system integrators, and IT&D teams to influence and define functional solutions for implementation, rollouts and operations of Travel and Expense solutions and related integrations within Reckitt.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and illicit business requirements
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and solution design documents
• Conduct workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams including enterprise architects and cyber teams
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Define and Deliver solutions that are automated and are end to end integrated Support the implementation and configuration of Expense and Travel Solutions
• Collaborate with System Integrators and vendors to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
• Provide functional expertise on Concur best practices and standard capabilities.
  
  

The experience we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering Travel & Expense (T&E) and Purchasing Card (P-Card) implementations (ideally 10-12 years)
• Experience supporting global Travel and Expense transformation
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams in global environments.
• SAP Concur Expense, CBCP Corporate Card TE and P Card Management, Employee Reimbursements and Expense Processing, Integrations exposure including ICS
• Stakeholder Management
• Good Articulation and Communication Skills
• Quick Learner and ability to drive and take ownership
