About The Role

The IT&D Analyst – SAP Finance is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining SAP Finance processes across the global Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycles. This role collaborates closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth financial operations, compliance, system stability, and continuous process improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Support SAP Finance processes across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, and Tax functions.
• Configure Finance master data, financial postings, automatic account determination, payment terms, tax codes, and related R2R/P2P/O2C settings.
• Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and cutover preparation.
• Monitor financial integrations across MM (GR/IR), SD (billing), PP (settlement), and Treasury systems.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues related to vendor payments, customer billing, bank interfaces, asset postings, and financial reconciliations.
• Support Finance master data governance activities (chart of accounts, cost canters, profit canters, assets, and vendor/customer financial data).
  
  

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on SAP experience in FICO, GL, global or multi-country AP & AR operations, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax.
• Practical experience with vendor invoice processing, payment runs, bank interfaces, customer billing, dunning, and dispute management.
• Prior involvement in SAP rollouts, enhancements, or migration projects.
• Ability to work in distributed global teams across time zones.
