IT Project Manager - Supporting Program -site Expansions

Activities:

·       IT Project Manager – supporting program = site expansions   

·       Key coordination role working with IT services leaders (network, audio visual, print, onsite support planning, information security – firewalls, plus additional IT services as needed for selected project.

·       Your role at the IT Project manager will be to follow the site expansion process to initiate, size, fund, and track execution until defined IT scope of services are in place / completed. 

Duties include: 

·       Setting up project template sizing files

·       Directing assignments to IT Service contacts per region to complete sizing input for respective IT services objective, straightforward communication about timelines, project plans, due dates, funding amount collecting status of site expansion tasks per project and logging reporting status as required professionally requesting and managing to due dates on tasks assigned

Technical Skills needed

·       Basic financial understanding & accounting

·       Microsoft Excel

·       Microsoft Outlook

·       Microsoft Sharepoint

·       Microsoft Teams

·       General familiarity with IT infrastructure basics / building blocks for services (network, AV, Print, Firewall, shared high end storage (NetApp) e

·       Solid communication skill set (both verbal and written)

·       Ability to report and document status at executive level
