About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Delivery Analyst, IT to support the successful delivery of Orica's global IT project portfolio.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role plays a key part in portfolio governance, project coordination, resource management, contractor administration, and project delivery oversight. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines, governance standards, and portfolio priorities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with PMO, project coordination, or project delivery support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple projects and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• Support project and portfolio delivery activities across multiple initiatives.
• Contribute to governance, reporting, tracking, and delivery oversight processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, project resources, vendors, and stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Assist with planning, reporting, documentation, and operational activities that enable effective project execution.
• Support portfolio reporting, resource coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote consistent project management practices and governance standards across the portfolio.

What you will bring

• 3+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or similar project support role.
• Experience working within project delivery, PMO, governance, or portfolio support environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience supporting technology or IT projects.
• Exposure to PMO governance, reporting, or portfolio management activities.
