IOS Engineering Manager

What You Will Do

The position plays a critical role in the software development process, guiding the creation of scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions that align with the organization's business objectives and technical requirements. The position takes ownership to:

• Lead, mentor, and develop Android engineers to achieve technical and professional growth.
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive towards implementing software product to allow for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
• Conduct performance evaluations, career development discussions, and succession planning.
• Creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams.
  
  

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in mobile application development with proven leadership capabilities to drive engineering excellence, mentor teams, and align technology solutions with Product Architects to deliver business objectives.

• 15-20 years of Hands-on experience developing native mobile applications using:
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Architects, Marketing teams, Experience designers, Quality representatives and Engineers to plan and deliver market leading Software.
• Works to build and improve strong relationships with engineers and managers across the organization as well as relevant business stakeholders for several teams.
