As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions for GenAI projects. As a Senior Associate, you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for applying GenAI technologies.

What You Must Have

• Masters Degree
• 3 years of experience in AI model development
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with a focus on generative models
