Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated R&D Test Lab Intern to support daily execution and planning activities within our research and development environment. The intern will play a key role in monitoring progress, updating visual management tools (Obeya boards), and actively participating in team meetings to ensure smooth coordination of ongoing projects

Job Description

• Track and document daily execution progress of test lab activities
• Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to align with project timelines
• Update and maintain Obeya boards for transparent communication and project tracking
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates and supporting discussions on project status
• Collaborate with engineers and project leads to ensure smooth workflow and timely reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the test lab.
  
  

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, testing procedures, and engineering documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
