Intercompany Reconciliations

• Perform Global Intercompany Reconciliation for Intercompany legal entities at invoice level on monthly basis.
• Perform CHASE to identify high value imbalances between ICO Trading Partner Pair and propose Consolidation Adjustment Voucher and send to Corporate Team, including annual Consolidation Adjustment Voucher review and propose adjustments if any to Corp Team at year end.
• Perform SOX reconciliation Trading Partner Pair level which include both Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss items, which are due current month (Quarterly basis)
• Daily/periodic imbalance reconciliations for Inter-Company group accounts, to identify the missing entries and resolve.
• Perform account reconciliations in blackline for Intercompany Royalties & AR/AP Accounts (Trade, Service, Commission)
• Handle Segregation of Duties VIRSA monthly basis with the samples selected, work internally with sub teams of ICO to get appropriate supporting documents to review and signoff Key Control Activities
• Handle Route Cause Analysis / Long Term Corrective Action report as a part of monthly Key Control Activities
• Generate Aging report for outstanding Invoices basis GICR (Global Intercompany Reconciliation) and signoff Key Control Activities
• Perform blackline metric report for High Imbalance reported items in category T&R in Blackline as a part of monthly Key Control Activities.
• Perform pre-close at for Intercompany Trading Partner Pair at Receivable Vs. Payable level
• Perform pre-close for Intercompany Profit & Loss imbalances at Trading Partner Pair level,
• Handle Internal and External Audit support for Inter Company Reconciliation as per requirement.
