Your role
- knowledge of Instrument Data Management or Reference Data Management – including Static Data and Pricing Data
- understanding of operational procedures around data control, cross verification of data, cleansing, consolidation and golden copy creation and execute daily processes to fulfil data production and maintenance
- perform analysis and validation on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to ensure that instrument data are accurately updated and perform, assess and own the key process controls
- work closely with data vendors both offshore and onshore
- support internal and external audits and Identify new workforce optimization opportunities and deliver process improvements that increases the efficiency of data production and supports / execute change activity where required and requested
key Deliverables
- ensure standard operating procedures are executed accurately and new workforce and data quality improvement ideas / execution and provide metrics that are used by the Data Producer Service Delivery Manager to represent the service to the Data Owner and Service Owner

Instrument Data team is based out of Hyderabad, responsible for setup and maintenance of instrument data. The team interacts with global stake holders of front & middle office teams. With operational centers in multiple locations this team is part of the Cross Divisional Reference data group.
Your expertise

- good understanding of reference data and how it impacts its downstream functions, processes and the client.
- curious mindset and experience of self-identifying problems and automation opportunities
- ability to partner with different stakeholders and support or deliver small change initiatives
- self-learner who acquires knowledge through experience and exposure that the role provides
- takes pride in the outcome and is able to adapt to changes
- experience with Digital toolsets such as Alteryx, Robotics, Python etc. is a plus
