YOUR FUTURE TEAM
As our HRBP & Learning, you will be part of the HR team under the supervision of the Human Resource Director,
Main Responsibilities
HR Business Partner & Generalist HR Functions:
Managerial Advisory & Support:
Act as a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner to the Tech hub leadership and functional heads, deeply understanding their specific operational needs, project pipelines, and global delivery requirements.
Provide advice and support in daily team management, organizational development, and human resources challenges.
Employee Relations & Workplace Climate:
Provide coaching and guidance to the Tech hub managers and team leads on effectively developing their teams, managing performance as well as handling complex employees relation cases across diverse skill sets, and fostering a collaborative global mindset.
Talent Management & Performance:
Support the performance management process, from annual reviews to individual development plans.
Contribute to identifying and developing key talents within the organization.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle, from defining needs to integrating new employees.
Ensure a structured and effective onboarding process to facilitate the integration of new hires.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Ensure the application of HR policies and procedures, and verify legal and regulatory compliance. Manage certain administrative HR aspects related to their scope (e.g., headcount monitoring, HR reporting).
Compensation & Benefits:
Provide support on compensation and benefits issues, in line with the companys policy.
Learning & Development Strategy:
Learning Needs
Assessment:Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to identify current and future training needs.
Utilize surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather employee learning preferences and requirements.
Technological Optimization for Learning:
Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) tofacilitateaccess to training resources and progress tracking.
Integrate e-learning platforms to offer a flexible and diverse learning experience.
Promoting a Learning Culture:
Develop an environment where continuous learning is valued and encouraged.
Implement recognition and reward systems for employees engaged in L&D activities.
Measuring Program Effectiveness:
Regularly evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
Gather post-training feedback to adjust and improve future initiatives.
Career Development & Support:
Collaborate with employees to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with their aspirations and organizational goals.
Establish and manage mentoring and coaching programs to support professional growth.
Strategic Alignment with Leadership:
Ensure L&D initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Secure executive sponsorship to guarantee the necessary resources for program success.
Staying Current with Trends:
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in L&D.
Continuously review and update training strategies to adapt to market changes and business needs.

Education & Experience: Masters degree in HR or equivalent field with 5 to 8 years of progressive experience as an HRBP/Generalist, including proven expertise in Learning & Development.
HR & L&D Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices and skill development methodologies.
Strategic Orientation: Strong ability to understand business challenges and align HR and L&D strategies with organizational objectives.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills to build strong partnerships at all levels.
Agility & Languages: Analytical mindset, adaptability to change, and fluent proficiency in English.
