JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee records management, and separations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations policies and procedures across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
  • Maintain employee master data and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee documentation, background verification, and personnel file management.
  • Oversee exit management, full and final settlements, exit interviews, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the Operational Unit Manager in defining and designing the Organizational Structure and in implementing and communicating changes within it.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing for employees and contract workforce in coordination with payroll vendors and finance teams.
  • Validate attendance, shift schedules, overtime, leave records, incentives, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely payroll disbursement with 100% accuracy.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, reimbursements, and benefits.
  • Administer annual compensation revisions, bonus payments, gratuity, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with income tax regulations, TDS, and payroll audits
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, engineering, production, quality, maintenance, SCM, and support functions.
  • Coordinate manpower planning with business stakeholders.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
  • Facilitate employee welfare, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
  • 8-10 years of HR Operations experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, factory compliance, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience handling plant workforce, contract labour, and multiple location HR operations.
