About The Role

HR Intern / Junior HR Executive (Hyderabad | 6 Months – 1+ Year Experience)

We are looking for a driven and energetic HR professional with 6 months to 1+ year of hands-on HR experience to join our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for someone who has already been exposed to recruitment and HR operations and is now ready to take end-to-end ownership of responsibilities.

You will work closely with the HR and leadership teams, gaining deep exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, employee engagement, and people operations in a fast-paced tech product company.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination

Actively contribute to talent hunting through job portals, referrals, and proactive sourcing

Support and execute onboarding and induction processes for new hires

Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and documentation

Assist with payroll data coordination, attendance inputs, and HRMS updates

Draft and circulate internal communications and HR announcements

Support employee engagement activities, team events, and cultural initiatives

Coordinate office operations, scheduling, and basic vendor management

Take complete ownership of assigned HR tasks and ensure timely, accurate execution

Requirements

6 months to 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations

Graduate degree (BBA / BA / Any discipline; HR specialization is a plus)

Basic hands-on experience in recruitment and candidate coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of attention to detail and organizational ability

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accountability and professionalism
