Position Details

• Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
  

• Experience: 8-18 Years experience in land coordination, land acquisition support or real estate documentation is preferred; the specific experience range is to be confirmed.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support the land acquisition team in identifying and tracking potential residential land parcels within Hyderabad city limits.
  

• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, property consultants and internal teams for land-related requirements.
  

• Collect, organize and maintain land records, property documents and acquisition-related information.
  

• Assist in coordinating property visits, meetings, negotiations and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  

• Follow up with legal and documentation teams for title verification, due diligence and transaction documentation.
  

• Maintain updated records of land parcels, acquisition status, pending documents and follow-up activities.
  

• Prepare status reports and provide administrative and coordination support to the land acquisition team.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• 8-18 Years Experience or exposure to real estate, land acquisition, property documentation or land coordination is preferred.
  

• Basic understanding of land records, property documents and real estate transactions.
  

• Good communication, coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining land records and reports.
  

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage documentation accurately.
