Job Description

HIRING: SENIOR EXECUTIVE – GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Role Purpose

Provide reliable day-to-day creative production and adaptation capacity.

Accountability & Scope

Execute approved creative briefs and manage assigned production deliverables; does not independently alter brand policy.

Key Responsibilities

Design social posts, internal posters, event creatives, presentations, print-ready artwork and digital screens.
Adapt master designs for multiple channels, formats, languages and manufacturing-site needs.
Prepare production files; check dimensions, proofreading marks, typography and technical artwork specifications.
Maintain version control, editable source files, asset tagging and a clean archive.
Coordinate production corrections with the brief owner and relevant vendors.

Core Outputs

Campaign adaptations, everyday design collateral, production-ready files and maintained creative library.

Illustrative Performance Indicators

Turnaround against brief, first-pass acceptance, production error rate and asset retrieval/reuse.
