Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves designing and delivering spoken and written English communication, tot eh employees and fresh graduates. The trainer will assess language proficiency, develop customized learning plans, and help participants improve their verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English and Business Communication training sessions for employees, fresh graduates, and trainees.
- Assess participants' English language proficiency and identify development areas. Design and customize training modules, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions. Improve participants' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence in speaking English.
- Conduct role-plays, group discussions, presentations, and interactive learning activities.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and the L&D team to identify communication skill gaps.
- Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and learning documentation.
- Stay updated on modern training methodologies, learning technologies, and communication trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
Certification in English Language Training, or equivalent is an advantage.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Ability to engage learners from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
