Job Description

Corporate Partnership Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and scale corporate partnerships across sectors (IT, product companies, startups, GCCs, etc.)
Identify and onboard new corporate partners for internships, placements, and skilling collaborations
Establish long-term engagement models with key accounts
Relationship Management
Own and nurture senior-level relationships (HR Heads, Talent Leaders, CXOs)
Act as the primary point of contact for all corporate engagements
Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat collaboration
Placement & Talent Solutions
Drive placement opportunities for students across partner institutions
Collaborate with internal academic and training teams to align talent pipelines with market demand
Design customized talent solutions for corporate hiring needs
Employer Branding & Engagement
Organize corporate engagement events such as hiring drives, hackathons, webinars, and campus connect programs
Position our client as a preferred partner for early talent hiring
Market Intelligence & Growth
Track hiring trends, skill demand, and industry insights to refine offerings
Provide feedback to product and curriculum teams for continuous improvement
Contribute to revenue growth through partnership-led initiatives

Experience

10-15 years of experience in corporate relations, enterprise sales, talent acquisition partnerships, or business development
Strong exposure to IT/technology hiring ecosystem preferred
Proven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships

Skills

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong industry network with HR and leadership teams
Strategic thinking with execution excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Data-driven and outcome-focused approach
