About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling. You'll collaborate with Marketing, HR, Product, and Leadership teams to create engaging digital assets that strengthen our brand, improve user engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, employer branding, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
• Develop visually compelling graphics aligned with Techdome's brand guidelines across multiple business verticals.
• Create marketing collaterals, banners, brochures, infographics, email creatives, and promotional assets.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color palette, layout, and visual identity across all deliverables.
  
  

Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Product, and Leadership teams to transform ideas into impactful visual designs.
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting project deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends and continuously improve design quality.
  
  

AI-First Creative Workflow

At Techdome, we believe AI enhances creativity by enabling designers to work smarter and faster.

Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, Runway ML, Kling AI, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Hands-on Experience Using AI For

• Creative ideation and brainstorming
• Image generation and editing
• Mockups and concept exploration
• Content and copy assistance

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain visual consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and problem-solving ability.
