Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer (EEE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a recent B.Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a strong understanding of core electrical engineering concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilites

• Assist in electrical system design, testing, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Support senior engineers in project execution and troubleshooting.
• Analyze electrical circuits, control systems, and power distribution systems.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project records.
• Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures during all engineering tasks.
• Learn and apply industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  
  

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Recent graduate (2024–2026 pass-out or equivalent).
• Good academic record with strong knowledge of:
• Electrical Machines
• Power Systems
• Control Systems
• Power Electronics
• Electrical Measurements & Instrumentation
• Basic Electronics
• Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  
  

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
