Overview

PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions. Within the S&T organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence. The Change COE enables the S&T strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting PepsiCo’s “Big Bets.” The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent.

To enable this purpose, we are looking for a Change Management Analyst with change expertise and proven experienced supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project. This role will work with key stakeholders across programs, and focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.

Program/Project Specific Details: Transport & Fleet program has been established to optimize end-to-end transportation operations and fleet management across all sectors, driving global standardization, digitalization, and efficiency, while ensuring safety, sustainability, and an exceptional user experience

This role will be reporting into the Strategy & Transformation - Transformation and Process Excellence Change Management COE Lead with a matrixed reporting relationship into the Global Priority Program Lead and is responsible to lead and coordinate a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage established Change Management methodologies and tools to execute the strategic plans supporting implementation, execution and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Deliver effective change plans in conjunction with the Change Lead for global functional teams
  • Conduct key change activities, included but not limited to: Stakeholder Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, and Change Management Plans.
  • Design materials spanning a variety of methods to drive awareness, education and engagement across the organization on relevant initiatives.
  • Support in developing and rolling out communication strategy and materials, partnering with other experience Communications practitioners.
  • Plays an active part in enabling education through key learning interventions on change management and new ways of working both within and outside the S&T organization.
  • Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding.
  • Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Org Development and Leadership or another related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of HR/OMD/CM industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation.
  • Storytelling and/or strong presentation skills.
  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, or Adobe tools to create high-impact materials (logos, decks, one-pagers, newsletters).
