Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

Oversee budget planning and ensure cost-effective operations.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Strong experience in aqua feed or aquaculture business is mandatory.
Managed large P&Ls and scaled India businesses.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies.
Confidence in working with clients and stakeholders.
