GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions with a strong focus on document-centric workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Python-based backend development.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to build intelligent solutions that automate document processing, information extraction, knowledge retrieval, and workflow orchestration.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing GenAI applications using modern LLMs and AI frameworks
• Building and implementing Agentic AI workflows capable of multi-step reasoning and task execution
• Developing document intelligence solutions for processing, extracting, summarizing, and analyzing structured and unstructured documents
• Creating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge sources
• Integrating AI solutions with internal applications, APIs, and business systems
• Optimizing prompts, workflows, and model performance to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable AI solutions
• Ensuring solutions meet security, governance, and performance standards
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience building applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration concepts
• Strong understanding of document processing, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions
• Expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks
• Ability to integrate AI solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise business systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent English proficiency is required; immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred
