5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or advanced analytics roles.

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI evaluation methodologies.

Must to have:

• Strong knowledge of:
• Statistics
• Machine Learning
• Model Evaluation
• Experiment Design
• Data Analysis
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as:
• Pandas
• NumPy
• Scikit learn
• PyTorch
• TensorFlow
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks such as:
• RAGAS
• DeepEval
• MLflow
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

GOOD TO HAVE:

Evidently

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Fine Tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, and Prompt Optimization.
• Experience implementing AI quality measurement and benchmarking frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms
