Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, ModelOps, or related fields.

• Hands on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with:
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Evaluation Frameworks
• Fine Tuning Techniques
• Strong programming skills in Python.
  
  

Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks such as:

• Azure AI Foundry
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
• Hugging Face
• LangChain
• Semantic Kernel
• MLflow
  
  

Your future duties and responsibilities

Must to have:

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience implementing ModelOps or LLMOps capabilities.
• Familiarity with RAGAS, DeepEval, Evidently, and AI observability frameworks.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management (MRM).
