GCP Devops Terraform Senior Software Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Ops Improvement Analyst.

In This Role You Will

• Design and manage GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for application and platform deployments.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Administer and support PostgreSQL databases (backup, performance, reliability).
• Manage patching cycles for OS/middleware/components and implement violation/security fixes.
• Provision and support GCP services including Compute Engine and Cloud Composer (Airflow).
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Enforce security, compliance, and operational standards across environments.
  
  

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

• 3+ years of experience. Strong experience in GCP DevOps/Cloud Engineering roles.
• Hands-on with Terraform modules, state management, and reusable IaC patterns.
• Good Python scripting for automation and integration workflows.
• Practical PostgreSQL administration/support knowledge.
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and release automation.
• Exposure to Compute Engine, Cloud Composer, IAM, logging/monitoring, and networking basics.
• Experience in patch management and security/vulnerability remediation.
• Preferred -Exposure to containerization/Kubernetes, GitOps, and SRE practices.Knowledge of compliance frameworks and cloud security best practices.Prior experience in banking/regulated environments.
