Key Responsibilities

• Designs, steers, and continuously improve global HR process standards across TA, WFM, Payroll, and Time, ensuring end‑to‑end consistency and alignment with BASF’s enterprise architecture.
• Owns and steers the HR service product portfolio, including KPIs, controls, compliance requirements, and global service definitions to safeguard operational excellence.
• Drives global consistency by influencing regional service hubs and ensuring adherence to standard, leveraging communities such as HR Com+ for alignment.
• Embeds automation, RPA, and AI‑driven solutions into processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Ensures process readiness and integration for major transformation programs and system transitions (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).
  
  

Technical Skills

• Deep HR domain knowledge across Payroll, Time, Workforce Management, or TA.
• Experience in global shared services transition or consolidation.
• Strong stakeholder influencing and decision-making capability.
