About The Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and ambitious Fund Analyst to support startup sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and investment decision-making. As the first analyst in the fund, you'll work closely with experienced founder-investors and gain hands-on exposure to the entire venture investing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate early-stage startup opportunities
• Conduct market, founder, and financial due diligence
• Analyze key metrics including ARR, CAC, churn, burn, and unit economics
• Build financial models, valuations, and cap table analyses
• Prepare investment memos and risk assessments
• Support deal execution, including term sheets, SAFEs, and SHAs
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows
  

• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, VC, PE, Investment Banking, Startups, or related fields
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
• Proficiency with AI tools and an automation-first mindset
• High ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  

• Exposure to venture capital or startup ecosystems
• Experience with financial modeling and valuations
• Familiarity with n8n or other automation tools
• Understanding of SEBI AIF regulations
