Job Description

This is a Permanent role with our client Deloitte India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Drive technical design discussions and ensure adherence to best coding practices and architectural standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Oversee sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
• Develop and integrate event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Work with MongoDB and other data stores to build high-performance, scalable applications.
• Support front-end integration using ReactJS where required.
• Identify technical risks, resolve complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while aligning with business objectives.

• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking domain.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, system scalability, and distributed systems.
