Job Description
- 8 to 10 yrs experience
- Minimum 6 to 8 yrs experience as leader working in Workforce management /Resource management function
- Lead the RMG function for one or two Service lines/Vertical Business units with focus on fulfillment ideally MFG , Retail and Life sciences verticals.
- Understanding of complete RMG function
- Experience in driving key KPI’s for the business function
- AI understanding and leverage the same within the business function .
- Go getter to work with various stake holders across business units and support functions.
- Good in communication skills.
- Able to track and report all metrics
- Preferably Hyderabad based
