About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced GRC Archer Developer with 3–5 years of hands on experience in designing, developing, and supporting RSA Archer solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GRC processes, the Archer data model, and end to end configuration of use cases. Experience with other GRC tools like SNOW, IBM OpenPages, and ProcessUnity will be considered a strong advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement RSA Archer applications, solutions, and use cases based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Archer data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, iViews, dashboards, reports, and access control structures.
• Build and customize Archer solutions including Applications, Questionnaires, Risk Registers, Workflows, Advanced Workflows, Archer Engage and Integrations.
• Support end to end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work closely with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical configurations within Archer.
• Develop/maintain APIs, data feeds, and integrations between Archer and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure stability and performance of Archer applications.
• Ensure adherence to GRC best practices, data governance, security standards, and platform guidelines.
• Monitor platform performance and support continuous improvement activities.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 3–5 years of hands on experience as an Archer Developer/Administrator.
• Strong expertise in configuring Archer components:
• Applications, Subforms, Fields, Access Control
• Workflows including Advanced Workflows & DDEs
• Notifications, Data Feeds, Calculated Fields
• Search, Reports, Dashboards
• Solid understanding of Archers Data Model, Record Permissions, and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience working with key Archer modules such as:
• Issues Management
• Risk Registers
• Policy, Risk and Compliance Management
• Third Party Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other scripting to support customization and automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
  

Good To Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Exposure to other GRC Platforms, such as:
• ServiceNow GRC (SNOW)
• IBM OpenPages
• ProcessUnity
• MetricStream, OneTrust, or other leading GRC tools
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise middleware.
• Understanding of broader GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, SOX, Operational Risk, Vendor Risk, etc.).
• RSA Archer Certification(s) – Administrator or Developer – is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
