About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical finance professional to join our Strategic Finance & Consolidation (SFC) Team. This role is critical in driving financial consolidation, P&L ownership, and insightful reporting, partnering with global stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of P&L, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking
• Drive month-end close activities with strict adherence to timelines
• Lead financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis across global stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality FP&A outputs including:
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• KPI tracking
• Financial performance analysis
• Identify trends, analyze deviations, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Provide scalable reporting solutions and enhance analytical capabilities
• Manage ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and stakeholder requests
• Present complex financial data in a clear, concise, and structured manner
• Work independently while collaborating across global teams and time zones
  

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (automation, modeling, dashboards)
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work in a global delivery model across time zones
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation skills using Excel & PowerPoint
