Organizational Overview:

The Retail Card team provides customer service to U.S credit card holders on multiple queries e.g. Pay by Phone, Charges & Fees, Disputes, Name & Address changes, Promotions etc. for multiple clients

Role Summary/Purpose:

To answer calls and to respond to general customer's inquiries, concerns and complaints. Arrange for services requested by the customer. Project a professional Company image through a phone interaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Service calls from Customers based out of US 
• Solve queries and concerns on the call 
• Arrange for Services required by the Customers 
• Provide Customer with Product and Services information 
• Follow up on Customers inquires and resolve 
• Recognize, document and alert the Supervisor of trends in Customers calls 
• Recommend Process Improvements 

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Freshers / Experienced with 0-3 years' experience candidates can be considered 
• Minimum 10+2 (intermediate)
• Should have Customer Centric Attitude. 
• Excellent English Language Communication Skills. 
• Working Knowledge of Computers. 
• Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with teams. 
• Should be willing to work in rotational night shifts. 
• Should be Open to Change.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Strong focus and ability to maintain concentration on assigned tasks without distraction.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Computers / Microsoft Office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers / Experienced with 0-3 years' experience candidates can be considered 
• Minimum 10+2 (intermediate)

Work Timings:

Rotational night shifts
