Hiring: FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced FP&A professionals with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
Perform variance analysis to compare actuals against budgets and forecasts.
Develop financial models and management reports.
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide financial insights.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for financial data and reporting.
Required Skills:
4–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling and variance analysis.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other financial tools is an added advantage.
Requirements
- 4-9 years of experience in BPO
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA/CA
- Proficiency in French, German, and Italian
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Financial Period End Process and Financial Reporting on Oracle applications
