Financial Analyst

The role of Financial analyst supports the management reporting and financial planning for Perceptive. The role is expected to establish itself as a strong business partners to the Finance leaders throughout the Perceptive as well as be a subject matter expert with the P&L. Understanding business drivers behind financial results.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supports the setup and rollout of BU finance and analysis functions with a focus on revenue optimization across business units.
• Produces financial and performance analysis that is timely, logical, and linked to top-line growth drivers.
• Promotes standardization and harmonization of management reporting to enable clearer visibility into revenue streams and margin performance.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance commercial efficiency and profitability through finance-led improvement projects.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders
• Experience of regulated environments.
• Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Proven experience in Revenue Recognition.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data Modeling, Process & financial Modeling and/or other development methodologies
• Solid professional experience in the same or very similar role

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience
• English: Fluent
