The role of Financial analyst supports the management reporting and financial planning for Perceptive. The role is expected to establish itself as a strong business partners to the Finance leaders throughout the Perceptive as well as be a subject matter expert with the P&L. Understanding business drivers behind financial results.

Supports the setup and rollout of BU finance and analysis functions with a focus on revenue optimization across business units.

Promotes standardization and harmonization of management reporting to enable clearer visibility into revenue streams and margin performance.
Identifies opportunities to enhance commercial efficiency and profitability through finance-led improvement projects.

Performs a range of finance activities in dynamic environments, contributing to scalable solutions for revenue tracking and forecasting

Knowledge and Experience:
Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders
Experience of regulated environments.
Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Proven experience in Revenue Recognition.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data Modeling, Process & financial Modeling and/or other development methodologies
Solid professional experience in the same or very similar role
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sciences or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience
